Pictures of the "sit-upon" presentation

On Saturday September 22, Megan Baker as part of her Girl Scout Silver Award Project presented to Celia Bandelier, Library Director, "sit-upons".  These comfy fleece cushions will be used for the preschool children to "sit upon" during their preschool story times at the Roanoke Public at 10 am on Tuesday.

 Megan presented a program that included stories, an easy craft, snacks and other surprises.  Below the children are trying out their new "sit-upons" during the "Cosy Celebration of Books".
